At El Camino Bracelets, we want your travel memories to last a lifetime, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all custom travel charms and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the specific bracelets or charms you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original El Camino gift box or a secure padded mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
